Non-custodial means you control your funds, not us, not a bank, not an exchange. EvoMone gives you full access to your wallet, keys, and money.

How do I secure my wallet?
You can backup your wallet using Apple iCloud or a 12-word recovery phrase. The safest method is writing down your recovery phrase and storing it securely offline. iCloud is convenient but carries some risk if your Apple account is compromised. iCloud is great for beginners, and small amounts. But we advise to move towards 12-word recovery phrase.
Why is holding your own keys important?
If you don’t hold your keys, you don’t truly control your money. EvoMone ensures you retain complete financial sovereignty.

Why is Bitcoin better for payments over time?
If Bitcoin’s price rises, you need fewer sats to make the same payment — so your cost in Bitcoin goes down. If the price falls, the person receiving payment gets more Bitcoin for the same amount of money.
For example, if a business pays staff £1,000 in Bitcoin each month:
When Bitcoin’s price rises, the business spends fewer sats to send £1,000 — their cost in Bitcoin terms decreases.
If Bitcoin’s price drops, the employee receives more Bitcoin for the same £1,000 — meaning their Bitcoin holdings could grow in the long run.
Over time, this dynamic helps both sides: Bitcoin generally gains value while fiat currencies lose purchasing power. Businesses benefit from lower long-term costs, and individuals benefit from holding an asset that has historically appreciated.
What are sats and bits?
Bitcoin can be divided into smaller units to make it easier to use for everyday payments.
Satoshi (sat): The smallest unit of Bitcoin.
1 BTC = 100,000,000 sats
Bit: A more human-friendly unit equal to 100 sats.
1 BTC = 1,000,000 bits
1 bit = 100 sats
Many Bitcoin wallets and apps (including EvoMone) display balances in sats by default. However, some platforms also support bits as an alternative display unit.
Why use bits instead of sats or BTC?
Bits offer a cleaner, more familiar unit — like pounds and pence or dollars and cents.
For example:
1 coffee = 3,500 sats → harder to read
1 coffee = 35 bits → easier to understand
EvoMone lets you switch between BTC, bits, and sats so you can choose the unit that makes the most sense for you.
